About Anita Sicillia

Hello, everyone. I’m Anita, a health educator and former neuroscience researcher who’s passionate about helping people take control of their wellbeing, no matter where they’re starting from.

I’ve spent my career fascinated by the science behind how our body and mind work. From research in neuroscience to teaching and lab management, I’ve always loved making complex ideas simple and practical. But my real education began when my health took an unexpected turn.

Why I Do What I Do

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I struggled with fatigue, unpredictable energy, and a loss of confidence in my body. Like many, I found it hard to maintain healthy habits when every day felt different. As I’m sure you can imagine, this was stressful. I didn’t want to be defined by my diagnosis, so I did what I’m trained to do: research. I sought practical, science-backed ways to regain my health.

From Struggle to Solution

It wasn’t easy. The hardest part was piecing together information from so many sources and figuring out what worked in real life. But then I realised that if I could do it with all the ups and downs, so could others, especially with the right support and guidance.

My Philosophy

I know how hard it can be to start and even harder to keep going. That’s why I designed my health programme to make change achievable, realistic, and lasting. I believe in:

  • Practical, science-backed education

  • A supportive, judgment-free community

  • Celebrating progress, not perfection

  • Learning from every client and continuously improving my approach

I’m always seeking new ways to make the journey easier and more rewarding for you. Every participant’s feedback shapes what I do next.

Why a New Programme?

After running 2 programmes, the 7 Pillars of Health and Rewire for Success and seeing the impact, I knew I could go further. My new year-long programme brings together these 2 programmes, so you can not only learn all the lifestyle behaviours that contribute to health like nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and more for both men and women, but also how to sustain those changes. Here’ how:

  • Weekly, science-backed teaching

  • Easy, actionable behaviour changes

  • Practical strategies for setting and achieving your goals because learning is hard, and change is even harder without support

I’ve tested this approach with people from all walks of life. The feedback? Each person found something that worked for them, often in ways I hadn’t predicted. Their stories and ideas have helped me keep improving what I offer.

As an introduction, we build a foundation from one of two CPD accredited courses:

  • Men’s Health: Live like a Sardinian inspired by the world’s healthiest communities

  • Navigating Menopause for women seeking science-backed, practical solutions

How I Can Help You

I’m not here to be the hero of your story, you are. My role is to be your guide:

  • Making health science accessible and actionable

  • Helping you overcome real-world obstacles

  • Supporting you to make changes that last

My approach is grounded in evidence, empathy, and the belief that everyone can improve their health, no matter their starting point.

Results That Matter

What matters most is what these courses and the programme have done for others:

  • People have regained confidence and control over their wellbeing

  • Men and women have found solutions tailored to their unique challenges

And I keep learning not only from new research, but also from every participant, so yes, you journey helps shape what I do.

Beyond the Science

When I’m not teaching or researching, you’ll find me walking in woods and fields or reading in the local park, experimenting with new recipes, or catching up on the latest neuroscience podcasts. I believe health is about living fully, not just ticking boxes.
