I began with Anita’s presentation on the menopause and followed with her 7 Pillars course. I have thoroughly enjoyed taking both of these courses. Anita is a fountain of knowledge, I am privileged to have been able to tap into this.
The presentation on navigating the menopause was eye-opening. As a woman in my 40s, it’s a topic of conversation amongst the majority of my friends now, and I think that everyone should have the opportunity to view this presentation with Anita. The inclusion of how it affects men, too, was well thought out and considerate, making it appropriate for everyone. I loved how Anita explains the science behind everything – for me, it makes any topic both more interesting and easier to understand. We are fortunate that we are living in an era where these subjects are now discussed, and I would love to see Anita presenting in the workplace.
Following the 7 pillars course, I have, without doubt, gained a deeper understanding of myself, which is empowering in itself. After every session, I felt enthused, motivated to start adopting some of the changes that she discussed. I continually find myself passing my new knowledge onto my peers, keen for them to benefit too.
With the online access to the courses, I have the tools to continue making
positive changes and remain excited to do so. I found Anita extremely approachable and was impressed by her knowledge and compassion. I will almost certainly enrol on her other courses, as I have benefited so much from the two that I have taken thus far. I would recommend these courses – we can all find ways to become better versions of ourselves, and I’m certain that there is something for everyone in her lectures.

The 5-week Goal Setting - Rewire for Success course by Anita Sicilia has been transformative for me. It combines neuroscience insights with practical tools to help rewire your brain for success. The course’s structure is meticulously designed, blending theory with actionable exercises that keep you engaged and motivated.
Before this course, I often felt overwhelmed by my goals, unsure how to balance ambition with practicality. Anita’s coaching and teaching on how the amygdala, prefrontal cortex, and other brain regions work in tandem gave me a new understanding of why I procrastinate and how to overcome it. Tools like breaking down goals into manageable steps and visualising incremental progress make large tasks feel achievable. Learning about dopamine’s role in motivation was a game-changer, helping me celebrate small wins and stay focused on the process rather than just the outcome.
Anita’s emphasis on balance resonated deeply with me. Techniques like cyclic sighing to manage stress and focusing on being present helped me maintain clarity and reduce burnout. The interactive exercises - like writing goals with a pen to activate neural pathways and many others were simple yet profoundly effective.
Anita’s approach is empathetic and supportive, and the content with her delivery is
without equal in my experience. I now approach goals with confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset.
